Head Start Awareness Day set for Oct. 27

Five County Child Development Program, Inc. “Head Start Community Awareness Day” will be held on Friday, October 27. 

Parents, volunteers, and community members  are invited to come and learn about Head Start and the daily activities of the centers and classrooms.

“Five County Child Development is excited about the opportunity to highlight the comprehensive services of Head Start and the desire to partner with parents and the communities that are served,” said Sheanda Davis of the center.

Area high schools have chosen their top graduates for special honors at graduation ceremonies across the county this month.  They will be recognized and speak to audiences at those ceremonies.
