Hugh Fairly Hubbard, 77, passed away Sunday, October 8, 2017, at Merit Health Wesley in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. Hugh was born August 8, 1940, to Hugh and Sabra (Polk) Hubbard, the eldest of two children. He graduated from Magee High School and Mississippi State University.
