Jones and Dupre’ to wed June 16

Mr. and Mrs. David A. Jones of Mendenhall are proud to announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Natalie Brooke Jones, to Todd M. Dupre’ Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. Todd M. Dupre’, Sr.

Miss Jones is the granddaughter of the late Willis and Lou Nell Mangum of Magee and Frankie Jones and the late Thomas Jones of Mendenhall.

Mr. Dupre’ is the grandson of the late Douglas and Zelda Hendry of Collins and the late Henry and Florence Dupre’ of Belle Rose, La.

Miss Jones is a 2014 honor graduate of Mendenhall High School and a 2016 honor graduate of Copiah-Lincoln Community College, where she received her associate’s degree.  Miss Jones recently graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg with a bachelor’s degree in elementary education.

Miss Jones will begin her teaching career this fall at Mendenhall Elementary School, as a kindergarten teacher.

Mr. Dupre’ is a 2013 graduate of Simpson County Academy and a 2014 graduate of Pearl River Community College.  He is self-employed as a poultry farmer in Smith County.

The couple will exchange vows on Saturday, June 16, 2018, at 4 p.m. at First Baptist Church, Mendenhall, with a reception following at the Mendenhall Community Center.  Friends and family of the couple are invited to attend.

After their honeymoon to Gatlinburg, Tenn., the couple will reside in Pineville, Miss.
